މާލެއަތޮޅުގެ ހުރިހާ ކައުންސިލްތަކަށް އަމާޒުކޮށްގެން ލާމަރުކަޒީ ނިޒާމާއި ހިންގުމުގެ ހުނަރު އިތުރުކުރުމުގެ ތަމްރީން ޕްރޮގްރާމެއް ކުރިއަށް ގެންދިއުން
Management Training
Male' atoll has conducted an training programme for the council members, secretary generals and other key staffs of all the island councils of the atoll. The training program was conducted from 20 February 2024 to 23 February in Hura. The main objective of this training program is to encourage the policy makers and leaders of the council to become familiar with the decentralization act and the governing rules and regulations, the procurement machanism and to nenhance their leadership skills conflict resolution in order to work nefficiently and effectively improviding necessary services to the general public and to ensure a the staffs are motivated enough to work as a team. The participants were briefed by representatives from the Local Government Authority, senior management of Civil Service commission trainers from civil service institute and highly qualified and experienced external facilitators.
A total of 62 participants from 9 island councils to part in the programme. They include the presidents, council members and secretaries general of the village councils. This is the first such training program included in the 2024 work schedule of the Male' Atoll Council. The atoll council aims to conduct such additional training programs to strengthen the management of the councils and develop the staff.
މާލެއަތޮޅު އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލުން އިންތިޒާމްކޮށްގެން، މާލެއަތޮޅުގެ ހުރިހާ ރަށު ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ އިސްވެރިންނަށް އަމާޒުކޮށްގެން ލާމަރުކަޒީ ނިޒާމާއި ހިންގުމުގެ ހުނަރު އިތުރުކުރުމުގެ ތަމްރީން ޕްރޮގްރާމެއްވަނީ ކުރިއަށް ގެންގޮސްފައެވެ. 20 ފެބްރުއަރީ 2024 އިން 23 ފެބްރުއަރީ 2024 ގެ ނިޔަލަށް ކުރިއަށް ގެންދިޔަ މި ތަމްރީން ޕްރޮގްރާމް ކުރިއަށް ގެންގޮސްފައިވަނީ ކ. ހުރާގައެވެ. މި ތަމްރީން ޕްރޮގަރާމްގެ މައިގަނޑު މަގްސަދަކީ ކައުންސިލް އިދާރާތައް ހިންގުމުގެ ދާއިރާގައި މަސައްކަތްކުރައްވާ އިސް ބޭފުޅުން ޤަވާއިދުތަކަށް އަހުލުވެރި ކުރުވުމަށް ބާރުއެޅުމާއި ހިންގުމުގެ ދާއިރާގެ ހުނަރު ތަރައްގީ ކުރުމެވެ. މިގޮތުން ލާމަރުކަޒީ ނިޒާމާއި، ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ އާންމު އިޖުރާއީ ޤަވާއިދާއި، ސިވިލް ސަރވިސް ޤަވާއިދާއި، ބިމާއިބެހޭ ޤާނޫނާއި، ދައުލަތުގެ މާލިއްޔަތު ޤަވާއިދުގެ އިތުރުން ލީޑަރޝިޕް ހުނަރުތަކާ މުޢާމަލާތް ކުރުމުގެ ހުނަރު އަދި ޓީމް ބިލްޑިންގެ ޙަރަކާތްތައް ކުރިއަށް ގެންދެވުނެވެ. ޕްރޮގްރާމްގެ ބައިވެރިންނަށް މަޢުލޫމާތު ދެއްވާފައިވަނީ ލޯކަލްގަވަރމަންޓް އޮތޯރިޓީގެ ތަޖްރިބާކާރުންނާއި ސިވިލް ސަރވިސް ކޮމިޝަންގެ އިސް ބޭފުޅުންނާއި، ސިވިލް ސަރވިސްގެ ޓްރެއިނިންގ އިންސްޓިޓިއުޓްގެ އިތުރުން ތަޖްރިބާ ހުރި ކަމަށް ޤާބިލް އެކްސްޓާނަލް ފެސިލިޓޭޓަރުންނެވެ.
މާލެއަތޮޅުގެ 9 ރަށު ކައުންސިލުން ޖުމްލަ 62 ބައިވެރިން މި ޕްރޮގްރާމްގައި ބައިވެރިވެފައިވެއެވެ. އޭގެ ތެރޭގައި ރަށުކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ ރައީސުންނާއި ކައުންސިލް މެންބަރުންނާއި، ސެކްރެޓަރީ ޖެނެރަލުން އަދި ކައުންސިލްތަކުގައި މަސައްކަތް ކުރައްވާ މުވައްޒަފުން ހިމެނެއެވެ. މިއީ މާލެއަތޮޅު އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލްގެ 2024 ވަނަ އަހަރުގެ މަސައްކަތު ތާވަލްގައި ހިމެނިގެން ކުރިއަށް ގެންދެވުނު މިފަދަ ފުރަތަމަ ތަމްރީން ޕްރޮގްރާމެވެ. މާލެއަތޮޅުގެ ކައުންސިލްތައް ހިންގުން ހަރުދަނާކުރުމަށާއި މުވައްޒަފުން ކުރިއެރުވުމަށް މިފަދަ އިތުރު ތަމްރީން ޕްރޮގްރާމްތައް ހިންގުމަކީ މާލެއަތޮޅު އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލްގެ އަމާޒެކެވެ.
